30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

✓ Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
✓ The product must be in its original packaging
✓ Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

If approved:

✓ Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
✓ Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to complete the refund

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to contact our support team. If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
